We are currently looking for an Internal Sales person to strengthen the Sales Team

Key Tasks:

Identify credit worthy new customers

Produce a programme of sales calls

Ensure contact with customers, meet agreed targets

Build a positive relationship with customers to identify their needs and improve

customer frequency of purchase

Monitor Active/Dormant/Potential conversion ratios

Responsible for upkeep of customer records/reports and quality of information

Liase with Sales Manager to ensure targets are achieved

The Candidate: Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Manager

Sales experience within metal industry is essential

Excellent communication/relationship building skills

Experience of managing a small sales team is essential
